It is by this noble part of themselves that he thinks, and is capable of forming just ideas of the different objects, that occur to him; of comparing them together; of inferring from known principles unknown truths; of passing a solid judgment on the mutual fitness or agreement of things, as well as on the relations they bear to us; of deliberating on what is proper or improper to be done; and of determining consequently to act one way or other.

The mind recollects what is past, joins it with the present, and extends its views to futurity. It is capable of penetrating into the causes, progress, and consequences of things, and of discovering, as it were at one glance, the entire course of life, which enables it to lay in a store of such things, as are necessary for making a happy career.

Besides, in all this, it is not subject to a constant series of uniform and invariable operations, but finds itself at liberty to act or not to act, to suspend its actions and motions, to direct and manage them as it thinks proper.


Thus "common law'  is derived from "natural law" and "natural rights" of mankind as a sovereign gathered into a group society and community.
When the employee handbook states 5 criteria for a person to judge their actions and intent, we can see the inherent ideology in them of " the nature of man, natural rights and of common laws, we all share and inspire to for the safety and respect of all peoples.

If one allows their own prejudices, bias and political correctness to influence our choices and judgments, especially if we are to be in a position of authority and power, we will do a dis-service to their fellow man, for not all think alike. So rights are defended and set in documents as the written explanations of our rights and thus duties one to another.

When one person whom is doing no harm, is doing no crime, to another, and is abused or unjustly persecuted by a power of authority by another, who is influenced by and carries the values, ideologies and or political correctness of the day, one will undoubtedly create such hideous deeds and injustices to occur onto the first.

Political correctness values is not Constitutionally protected and is not spelled out in the Bill of Rights as such  - - only natural rights are spelled out and are protected.

A so-called "government" that refuses to leave you alone or respect or protect your sovereignty and equality in relation to them is no government at all and has violated the purpose of its creation described in the Declaration of Independence

Citizen - - -

One who, under the Constitution and laws of the United States, or of a particular state, is a member of the political community, owing allegiance and being entitled to the enjoyment of full civil rights.

The only people who are “subject to” federal law, and therefore “citizens” under federal law, are those people who maintain a domicile where the federal government has exclusive legislative jurisdiction, which exists only within the federal zone, under Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17 of the Constitution and 40 U.S.C. §§3111 and 3112.

Within the Internal Revenue Code, people born in the federal zone or living there are described as being "subject to its jurisdiction" rather than "subject to the jurisdiction"

Federally funded housing dose not displace a state citizen and their State Constitutionally protected rights, or their Federal Constitutionally protected rights of that State citizen as a federalist category - only in Washington DC does this happen to citizens domiciled there in DC, as it is not a Nation State!

The area of District of Columbia, the territories and possessions of the United States corporation, and the federal areas within states example federally owned land in Nevada. If you were born in a nation state of the Union and are domiciled there, you are not subject to federal jurisdiction unless the land you maintain a domicile on was ceded by the state to the federal government. So who is your ALLEGIANCE WITH ? Your State political system or the Federalist political system ? Have you sold out to the federalists for 'money' and for unconstitutional powers of and for the agenda of the federalists as a citizen of your city and state ?

You would be a TRAITOR then to your Nation State Constitution, and to every citizen in that Nation State and to your city located in the Nation State of Iowa

The people of a state, in their collective capacity, considered as the party wronged by a criminal deed; the public; as in the title of a cause,

So when we claim “allegiance” as a “national”, we are claiming allegiance to a “state”, which is the collection of all people within the geographical boundaries of a political jurisdiction. Note that as a “national”, we are NOT claiming allegiance to the government or anyone serving us within the government in their official capacity as “public servants”.

This is because in America, the People are the Sovereigns, and not the government who serves them. All sovereignty and authority emanates from 'We the People' as individuals: 'The words 'people of the United States' and 'citizens,' are synonymous terms, and mean the same thing. They both describe the political body who, according to our republican institutions, form the sovereignty, and who hold the power and conduct the government through their representatives. They are what we familiarly call the 'sovereign people,' and every citizen is one of this people, and a constituent member of this sovereignty. ..." [Boyd v. State of Nebraska, 143 U.S. 135 (1892)]

Citizenship is freedom; allegiance is servitude. Citizenship is communicable; allegiance is repulsive. Citizenship may be relinquished; allegiance is perpetual. With such essential differences, the doctrine of allegiance is inapplicable to a system of citizenship; which it can neither serve to controul (To exercise restraining or governing influence over; to check; to counteract; to restrain; to regulate; to govern; to overpower.), nor to elucidate.


The Nation referred to as the United States1 is a political entity comprised of the people (national body-politic), their government, and territory. The territory of the United States1 is divided into two major subdivisions – the United States2 and the United States3 . The United States2 comprises the District of Columbia, Federal Territory and possessions. The United States3 comprises the 50 sovereign Union states. The Federal Government – United States  – exercises exclusive, territorial jurisdiction over the United States2 pursuant to art. IV, §3, cl. 2 of the Constitution, and specified and enumerated subject matter jurisdiction in the United States3 pursuant to art. I, §8, cls. 1 – 18. This aspect of the Separation of Powers Doctrine was created by design in order to secure the freedoms of Americans. ―


In the constitution and laws of the United States the word 'citizen' is generally, if not always, used in a political sense, to designate one who has the rights and privileges of a citizen of a state or of the United States.

 It is so used in section 1 of article 14 of the amendments of the constitution, which provides that 'all persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside,' and that 'no state(governing body)  shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States.'

But it is also sometimes used in popular [legal] language to indicate the same thing as resident, inhabitant, or person.‖
