KARLA DID  YOU REVIEW YESTERDAYS VIDEOS OF PEOPLE COMING AND GOING FROM THE GARAGE  AND ENTERING THE BUILDING, OR THE VIDEO ON THE SECOND FLOOR IN FRONT OF THE ELEVATOR ?


CAN WE SEE THE VIDEO WHERE JAKE MET YOU THE DAY YOU DID THE INSPECTION OF MY APARTMENT ? HE DIDNT MEET YOU? SO DID YOU REVIEW THE VIDEOS OF THE DAY YOU DID THE INSPECTION ON MY APARTMENT ? WHY WOULDNT YOU CHECK THE VIDEO OF A GUY WHO IS A GUEST AND COMES HERE DAILY AND SPENDS UP TO 16 HOURS A DAY HERE, AND SEE WHEN HE COMES AND GOS AND HOW LONG HE STAYS ? AND I UNDERSTAND HE HAS BEEN DOING THIS FOR LONG BEFORE I MOVED IN, AND IF FACT SINCE JOAN HAD BEEN LIVNG HERE SINCE SHE MOVED OUT OF THE APARTMENT THEY SHARED TOGETHER, CAUSE HE ISNT ALLOWED UNDER HUD REGULATIONS BEING A FELON TO RESIDE HER RIGHT ? BUT YOU ALLOW HIM TO COME AND GO WITH A KEY TO VISIT DAILY OR USE A PASS CODE TO GET IN RIGHT ? 



Karla said she suspected Oct - late Sept, she was given (Oct)NEW EVIDENCE,  that VKP was a suspect - now she says in her informal meeting final decision statement, it is June to now - so which is it ? 

She could go back further on the surveillance
 as VKP had for several months prior ,been coming to visit her mother, and her uncle, and her aunts apartment, to visit.

And surveillance would show VKP entering the building - so that means BEYOND A PREPONDERANCE OF THE EVIDENCE -
 who ever let VKP in then ,VKP IS LIVING WITH THEM !!! 

And that should be the date she first started as an illegal resident? right?

WHO EVER LETS VKP in,  VKP THEN LIVES WITH THEM ? RIGHT?

According to your logic and reason karla, who ever lets VKP in, she is living with them ?


SO Only SINCE VKP has a key to enter the building, then she lives with someone and I AM THE TARGET RIGHT ? 

Only SINCE VKP has a key to enter the building, then she lives with TIMMY TITUS HER UNCLE OR someone and I AM NOT THE TARGET RIGHT ? 

Only SINCE VKP has a key to enter the building, then she lives with DEBRA CUNNINGHAM A FRIEND OR someone and I AM NOT THE TARGET RIGHT ?

SO IF I AM THE TARGET THEN WHY ADD LAVONNE TO THE TERMINATION WITH NO CURE LIST AS IT IS MERELY A MINOR VIOLATION and easily correctable by having the tenant pay extra rent or  and take away the key? 



NOT DOING YOUR DUE DILIGENCE OR MERELY BEING INCOMPETENT AT YOUR JOB OR SIMPLY NEGLIGENT IN NOT USING THE TOOLS GIVEN YOU BY THE CITY, WHICH COST THE CITY $ AN UPGRADE OF OVER $5000.00 you would expect to use them daily and for the purpose of surveillance and to catch an illegal act or and to violate the lease? YOUR THE COP JUDGE JURY AND JAILER! RIGHT? 



AND YOU SHOWED THE PICTURES AND VIDEOS AND THE AUDIO RECORDINGS OF WHICH APT VKP STAYED AT AND HAVE VIDEO OF HER EVERY HOUR NOT LEAVING FOR MANY HOURS RIGHT ON THAT DAY AND EVERY DAY and every night RIGHT and it shows vkp at my apt never leaving for 8 , 10 20 hrs 30 hours, 48 hours, 60 hours you checked every days video ? NO YOU DID NOT CHECK EVERY VIDEO BECAUSE YOU DIDNT EVEN REVIEW THE PAST DAYS VIDEO OF PEOPLE COMING AND GOING DID YOU ? 


WHY WILL YOU NOT DO YOUR REASONABLE DUE DILLIGENCE TO PROVE SHE LIVES WITH EVERY APARTMENT AND DISQUALIFY ALL OTHER APARTMENTS SHE DID OR DID NOT ENTER FOR EVEN 30DAYS - START WITH THE TIME  AW EEK BEFORE I SIGNED THE PAPERWORK IN YOUR OFFICE AND WATCH EVERYDAY EVENTS ON SURVEILLANCE PLEASE, CAUSE YOUR LOGIC SAYS SHE ENTERED THE BUILDING AND THAT PROVES SHE LIVES WITH ME. 


AND HAVING THE KEYFOB PROVES SHE LIVES WITH HER AUNT OR UNCLE RIGHT? 

EVICTING SOMEONE OF A SENIOR AGED AND DISABLED AND ILL HEALTH IS A VERY SERIOUS NATURE AND ACTION,

 AND TO ABUSE THE POWER OF THIS MMHA OFFICE AT YOUR WHIMS AND HURT FEELINGS IS A DISGRACE KARLA, WITH OUT SOLID EVIDENCE JUST TO RETALIATE AGAINST ME -

So why not say April 2016 till NOW? ! Or Jan 2015 till now! ?Lets make it all up shall we! Understand I brought ti up at the second infroaml meeting that Karla should go back to when I moved in to see if there is video of vkp entering the building - HELLO - KARLA - YOU GAVE HER THE KEYS TO COME AN GO - SO I WOULD CHECK TO SEE IF SHE HAD THE KEYS TO ENTER THE BUILDING BEFORE I SIGNED THE LEASE.  - SO HER IMAGE WILL BE ON SURVEILLANCE AT THE ENTRANCE WAY, EVEN BEFORE I SIGNED A LEASE !!!!!!!!!!!!!! ENTERING A BULDING PROVES SHE ENTERED AND NOT WHERE SHE WENT!!!!  OR WHICH STAIR WELL SHE USES FOR EXERCISE TO GO WHERE SHE WISHES TO WHAT FLOOR SHE WISHES TO WHAT APARTMENT SHE WISHES. LOOK AT SURVEILLANCE 2 WEEKS BEFORE I SIGNED THE LEASE AND SEE THAT VKP LIVED IN MY APARTMENT PRIOR TO ME MOVING IN, KARLA AFTER ALL IF SHE CAME IN BEFORE I MOVED IN THE IT IS A FACT I WASNT THEIR AND VKP WAS LIVING THERE RIGHT? .




Karla did not give first notice of a cure to fix an alleged violation stated in the lease agreement - accommodating to allow a non tenant to live at dwelling 

Karla fibbed said she didnt have the written testimonies with her  - listen to the recording -  then agreed to read them to me in less than a minute later - after she pulled them from the file - u can hear her retrieve them the paper ruffling and then read them.

Karla did not allow me to see and copy my full file as law requires. The law does not stipulate how I should copy the file contents and is my discretion not the landlords to how I want the file to be reviewed in her office and copied by me as I see fit..

City employee Karla testified the apt was clean and showed no evidence of a boarder/roommate of the inspection she performed days before I was given a notice that they would terminate and evict..

Their witness had been given access twice by me to my apt and i asked him directly if he saw any evidence of a boarder - he said no -  felon -bad checks -criminal violence -late 70s / lives part time with gf/my neighbor / she charged with writing bad checks / late 7os - jerry neighbor cant hear well - says he saw female leave and come and go - 

Neighbors stalking me and making up fables for Karlas illegal action to terminate lease - TENANT FLOOR REP LEADER OVER MEETINGS WITH TENANT REPS -HER WITNESS IS A REP - LIED TO ME IN ELEVATOR - SHE SAID SHE DID NOT WRITE A LETTER- THEN I TOLD HER KARLA READ IT TO ME- THEN SHE SAID WELL IT WASN'T ANYTHING BAD- LIED AGAIN- SHE SAID SHE SAW A FEMALE AND THOUGHT THEY LIVED WITH ME - 

the accused women wrote a statement she never lived with me -1st two weeks was allowed by Karla to stay and help me unpack, groceries, etc. she is my helper and i take care of her cat. SHE WILL GO TO HEARING TESTIFY SHE NEVER LIVED WITH ME - 

Karla manager gave implied consent by giving VKP the keys to enter the building and keys to my apt and to my mailbox to retrieve my mail for me and I did not request this of Karla to do this, and Karla thus gave the keys to the kingdom with her blessings to suspect and changed the elase agreement by telling VKP she could come and go as she pleased - with zero NO RESTRICTIONS to her statement !! This makes VKP authorized to arrive and leave or not leave and not stay or to stay as long as she likes. HER IMPLICATION AND WHAT SHE IS REFERRING TO IS SIMPLY PERCEIVED AND UNDERSTOOD IN A REASONABLE MANNER SHE COULD DO HER WILL PERIOD AND WAS NOT RESTRICTED. BECAUSE OF THIS STATEMENT AND HER ACTION TO GIVE HER THE KEYS EVEN BEFORE THE LEASE WAS SIGNED BY ME, AS VKP BROUGHT THE GENERAL PAPERWORK OVER TO ME AT MY OLD APT AND HAD THE 2 KEY SETS THEN, AND TOOK THE PAPERWORK BACK TO THE OFFICE, AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR ME TO COME WITH VKP TO THE OFFICE AND FINALIZE THE LEASE AND ANY OTHER PAPERWORK.  MANAGEMENT GIVES UP HER RIGHT TO MAKE A CHARGE AND A COMPLAINT OF A ALLEGED VIOLATION BASED ON ANYONE OCCUPYING A RESIDENT NOT ON THE LEASE AND IN FACT MAKES THEM A TENANT BY IMPLICATION BY GIVING THEM A KEY AND KEY FOB FOR ENTRY AND A MAILBOX KEY AND THAT VKP PAYS THE RENT, MY RENT.

Manager asked kla if vkp lived with her and she told manager she has her own residence at 0000 Onieda st. Then manager said to KLA oh I saw you talking to Don at the elevator and he probably told you to say that. -  this showing the prejudice and that I AM THE ACTUAL TARGET IN REALITY OF HER RETALIATION AND ILLEGAL ACTION TO TERMINATE MY EASE. 



I provide to manager vkp Driver license  and payroll form w/her address of onieda. Shows suspects resident address. and it is not my address. 
i do not get her mail placed in my mail box and the termination should be null and voided and i should be allowed to live there with out further harassment and disturbance of my peaceful enjoyment of the dwelling I rent, as stated in HUD regulations.

FIRST NOTICE TO CURE, NOTICE TO TERMINATE NOTICE TO EVICT assistance low rent senior citizen notice must be properly addressed in my god given name or normal name used as on my driver id and my contracts -  she always misspells it and then spells it correctly. 
Bottom line mail was not properly addressed to me and the termination should be null and voided and i should be allowed to live there with out further harassment and disturbance of my peaceful enjoyment of the dwelling i rent as stated in HUD regulations.


i understand fed hud fha termination notice must be 2 things - 
first class mail/certified and in person/attached to door/under door -  was not given proper notice of termination and this was not done at all and the termination should be null and voided and i should be allowed to live there with out further harassment and disturbance of my peaceful enjoyment of the dwelling i rent as stated in HUD regulations..
