A lot of people have completely forgotten Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant and that 4 reactors melted down, through the contanment units and down onto the basement and through the basement floor. Theres a river under the plant that comes down from the mountains and flows into the ocean there. So it is suspected the reactor melted down reactor rods have gone through and into thriver bed and thus posioning the oceans and the fish the Japanese eat.
