UPDATE: Iowa Woman Tibbetts Found Murdered By Illegal Immigrant

Mollie Tibbetts murderer turned him self in, an illegal undocumented immigrant, to police. In Brooklyn Ia a female body was found in a corn field believed to be Mollies and she was reported missing on the July 18th. The alleged murderer Rivera age 24 is an illegal alien immigrant and lived in the same county in Iowa for over 5 years. Rivera's statement to police was he approached her, ran with her as she jogged then grabbed her phone from her as she told him she was going to call the police.

So based on the information the police released Christian B Rivera owned or was seen driving a black Malibu, but no year was given of the vehicle. The car was spotted on footage from a persons cctv and turned over to police a few weeks ago. Eventually the police identified the car and to interrogate this Rivera that owned it. And he confessed he was with her and blacked out and eventually moved her body into a corn field south of Brooklyn Ia. And he turned himself in and was cooperative, into Brooklyn police.
He is a Mexican national, Cristhian B Rivera, from Mexico. On his Facebook page, where Rivera wrote that he was from Guayabillo, Guerrero, Mexico, he posted a photo of guns reports Heavy.com .

My question is who hired him and who gave him a job? Fox is reporting: Rivera was employed for the past four years at Yarrabee Farms, a dairy farm, the company confirmed in a statement to The Associated Press.

He was in Iowa working on a dairy farm and living in a farmhouse with other migrant workers, Daily Mail reports.

ABC / affiliate reports The company is owned by the family of Craig Lang, a prominent Republican who previously served as president of the Iowa Farm Bureau. "This individual has worked at our farms for four years, was vetted through the government's E-Verify system, and was an employee in good standing," Yarrabee Farms said in the statement. "On Monday, the authorities visited our farm and talked to our employees. We have cooperated fully with their investigation."Associated Press says reported by the Des Moines register - In a statement Tuesday night, Dane Lang, of Yarrabee Farms, said Rivera was an “employee in good standing” and was “shocked to hear” Rivera was implicated. Dane Lang is related to Craig Lang, the former president of both the Iowa Farm Bureau Federation and the Iowa Board of Regents and a 2018 Republican candidate for state secretary of agriculture. Documents immediately reviewed by the Des Moines Register listed several owners of Yarrabee Farms, including Dane Lang and Eric Lang, Craig's brother. E-Verify is an online system run by the U.S. government for employers to check on the eligibility status of potential workers. The system checks records from the Social Security Administration and Department of Homeland Security, which Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) falls under, to make sure an employee is legally allowed to work.

So is Rivera his true name? Was he using fake documents?

 Did he get a loan for the car? Who allowed him to rent or even buy a home? Did he have credit cards? What bank if any did he bank with or where did he cash his payroll checks? Did he live with anyone else? Did he have relatives here in Iowa and was he staying with them? What town and county did he actually live in? What school did he attend in the last ten years? Where else did he live before living in his last known address in the last five years?

What was he doing on 385th St? Mollies body was found Aug 21st 2018, in the 460th Ave area in around the Brooklyn Ia area and came up missing Aug 18th 2018. Mollie was an Advent jogger and was seen many times days prior to her missing jogging in the same area. Thousands of leads came in to the police. Rivera was possibly a loaner but employed. Rivera has been charged with 1st degree murder. Autopsy of Mollies body is scheduled for Aug 23rd. Her digital aka cell phone and computers she used was helpful in her timeline footprint.

Her body was located in a farm field Southeast of Brooklyn Ia. DHS says he's an illegal. Security cameras caught a vehicle saw Mollie running in the video and at some point  saw Rivera and or his vehicle in the videos. Rivera, he says he blacked out sometime after he chased her down located on near 385th St but her body was taken to the 460th Ave area and placed and covered in a corn field. Rivera led police to her location.

An illegal undocumented CRIMINAL. Works for a farmer. Lives in Iowa illegally. Buys a car illegally. Driving a car illegally with or with out a drivers license. Cashes his checks with false documents or at a bank or store with false fraudulent documents.

Kill or be arrested. And he was arrested anyways for allegedly committing murder.

Every single person that helped him stay and thrive in Iowa is complicit in aiding and abating a criminal, and should be sued by the parents for their participation. And sued by the county and State for reimbursement of the time and cost of resources used to find the alleged murderer. Harboring a criminal is a crime.

San Diego - Ms Olivero, 51, was running a “drop” house for undocumented immigrants, federal authorities said. On her property police found 44 people, mostly from Mexico and two from Guatemala. Some said they had been locked in a small backyard shed with dozens of others — without light or ventilation according to a federal complaint. There was no bathroom, so those in the shed were forced to use only a bucket. Federal authorities charged her with harboring and concealing undocumented immigrants. On Thursday, a U.S. district judge sentenced Olivero to three years and one month in prison, according to the San Diego Union-Tribune. Olivero is a Cuban living legally in the United States.

Arizona State Business owners face the nation's first state law that requires employers to verify the work documents of their new employees. The law says any business that knowingly hires a worker who is in the country illegally will have its business license suspended. For a second offense, the business' license could be revoked. That is different from the federal penalties of fines and possible criminal prosecution that have been infrequently imposed for similar offense!

Under federal law, illegal immigrants are prohibited from receiving most public benefits. However, they are allowed to receive emergency services, health care and other programs that have been deemed "necessary to protect life and safety."

Cheap labor at a dairy farm owned and operated by a well established rich republican owner costs a young woman's life all so the farm could have cheap labor and higher profits to compete in the market place. If people were paid a living wage, wholesale prices would adjust as would retail prices. And consumers would adjust as well to prices. With the invention of machinery and robotics, less labor is needed. But high tech labor is needed for repairs and maintenance.
