The Roots of Liberty | With Out Liberty Will Have None Of Those Things You Enjoy Today !

Liberty is GOD given to man in nature. A natural born person has an inherent LIBERTY for freedom and to seek what one desires in their pursuit for happiness. So why does the MMHA, and the (Housing Specialist)Manger and the female girl-gang floor rep/tenant association work so diligently to subvert my rights when they also have the very same rights as I do.

About Kris Anne Hall
...  is an attorney and former prosecutor, fired after teaching the Constitution to TEA Party groups –

she would not sacrifice liberty for a paycheck.

She is a disabled veteran of the US Army,

a Russian linguist,

a mother,

a pastor’s wife and

 a patriot.

She now travels the country and teaches the Constitution and the history that gave us our founding documents.

KrisAnne Hall does not just teach the Constitution, she lays the foundations that show how reliable and relevant our founding documents are today.

She presents the “genealogy” of the Constitution – the 700 year history - and five foundational documents that are the very roots of American Society and Liberty.

Iowa officially entered the Union on December 28, 1846. The Great Seal of Iowa and, with it, the state motto, Our Liberties We Prize and Our Rights We Will Maintain was adopted by the First General Assembly on February 25, 1847.

Muscatine was incorporated in 1851.  The motto makes the clear statement that the liberties of the Iowa citizenry are very important and that they are willing to defend them.

IOWA CONSTITUTION - - -

Personal security - searches and seizures. SEC. 8.
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers and effects, against unreasonable seizures and searches shall not be violated
and no warrant shall issue but on probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons and things to be seized.
Referred to in §190C.22, 200A.10, 717.2A, 717B.5 of the Code

Right of trial by jury - due process of law. SEC. 9. The right of trial by jury shall remain inviolate; but the general assembly may authorize trial by a jury of a less number than twelve men in inferior courts; but no person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law.

Black's Law Dictionary, Sixth Edition, page 500 Due process of law.
Due process of law in each particular case means such an exercise of the powers of the government as the settled maxims of law permit and sanction, and under such safeguards for the protection of individual rights as those maxims prescribe for the class of cases to which the one in question belongs.

Due process of law implies the right of the person affected thereby to be present before the tribunal which pronounces judgment upon the question of life, liberty, or property, in its most comprehensive sense; to be heard, by testimony or otherwise, and to have the right of controverting, by proof, every material fact which bears on the question of right in the matter involved. If any question of fact or liability be conclusively presumed against him, this is not due process of law.
...that no person shall be deprived of life. liberty, property or of any right granted him by statute, unless matter involved first shall have been adjudicated against him upon trial conducted according to established rules regulating judicial proceedings, and it forbids condemnation without a hearing.
 Pettit v. Penn, La.App., 180 So.2d 66, 69
