AS I UNDERSTAND IT THERE IS A SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM AND IT IS ATTACHED TO A SECURITY FIRM PROVIDER THAT PROVIDES ITS SERVICES TO THIS BUILDING AND REPORTS ARE GIVEN TO YOUR STAFF, IS THAT CORRECT.

AND THEY DID CERTIFY THAT THE DATA FOOTAGE HAS NOT BEEN ALTERED OR TAMPERED WITH IN ANYWAY.



WITH OVER 100 UNITS AND WITH ONLY 2 TENANTS SINGLED OUT EXCLUSIVELY, AND NO PROOF BUT MERE PRESUMPTIONS IS NO EVIDENCE AT ALL.

THERE ARE TWO WAYS UP INTO THE HIGHER LEVELS OF THE BUILDING -ELEVATOR - STAIRWELL -

DID YOU REVIEW THE STAIRWELL OR ELEVATOR VIDEOS OF ANY OF THE STAIRWELLS AND THE EXIT DOORS. PROVE IT YOU DID TAKE THE TIME  AND TOOK THE EFFORT TO DO THE REVIEW FOR SUCH FOOTAGE.

IN FACT IT DOESN'T MATTER THAT SHE ENTERED THE BUILDING OR LEFT THE BUILDING EXCEPT FOR THE TIME IN BETWEEN, AND WHERE DID SHE GO WHILE IN THE BUILDING AND BEFORE LEAVING THE BUILDING.

DID YOU SEARCH TO SEE WHEN SHE ENTERED THE BUILDING AND DID NOT USE A ELECTRONIC KEYFOB TO GAIN ENTRY ?
PROVE IT YOU DID TAKE THE TIME  AND TOOK THE EFFORT TO DO THE REVIEW FOR SUCH FOOTAGE.

Look everyone finds other PEOPLES WAYS at times offensives. We find govt spending of our tax dollars to be offensives. What happened to the humble servants of Government - well they get paid way to much, they use INSIDER TRADING that has been legalized to personally gain. They write and sell hundreds to millions of books and give high dollar speeches. And Crony Capitalism is alive and well in America. So don't ever think it does not go on in your city and town and state. Once greed and hypocrisy infiltrates the mind of govt your town is screwed.

Because the simple rule LOVE THY NEIGHBOR AS THY SELF ist what govt wants people to do when they do do it. With WOMEN who ARE A PROTECTED CLASS so MEN NOW MUST BE SUBSERVIENT TO WOMEN'S FEELINGS AND THE ACTIONS THEY CHOOSE THEY TAKE BASED IN THEIR FEELINGS THAT DRIVES THEIR BELIEF SYSTEM AND DRIVES THEIR PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS EVEN IF THEIR CHOICES ARE MORALLY WRONG, and they BREAK THE RULES, OR IS CRIMINAL IN NATURE. WOMEN ARE PRONE TO NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS AND CHOICES WHEN WOMEN COMMIT SIN OR CRIMINAL ACTS AGAINST SOCIETY AND GET CAUGHT THEY BLAME OTHERS FOR THEIR MISS FORTUNES. THEY WANT TO BE GODS. THEY WANT POWER AND TO EXCERCISE IT AGAINST MEN - FEMINISTS MOVEMENT - AND SHAME THOSE MEN WHO LOVE WOMEN FOR WHAT THEY ARE- FEMALES - TO BE MATED WITH AND CREATE A OFFSPRING AND HAVE KIDS AND RAISE THOSE KIDS TOGETHER.

I DID NOT PUT WORDS OR THOUGHTS AND IDEAS INTO OTHER PEOPLES HEADS THEY CAN BREAK THE RULES.

I DID NOT INSPIRE ANYONE TO BREAK THE RULES NOR WOULD I AGREE TO ANYONE LIVING HERE IN MY APT WHICH IS BREAKING THE RULES. WITH THIS DISEASE AND HEALTH ISSUES, IT WILL END MY LIFE. WITH THE ADDED STRESSES CAUSED BY THESE FEMALES WHO WORK AND LIVE IN THIS BUILDING TRYING TO USE ME, MANIPULATE ME, USE ME AS A SCAPE GOAT FOR THEIR CHOICES OF DOING WRONG AND OF THEIR PERSONAL MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL ILLS IN LIFE, FOR THEIR SHORTCOMINGS AND GUILT PROJECTED ON TO ME AS A MALE AND CAUSING MY LIFE TO BE HARASSED AND OF ME BEING ABUSED MENTALLY AND EMOTIONALLY, AND CAUSING EXCESSIVE AND UNNECESSARY STRESSES IN MY PERSONS, AND WITH THE CITY STAFF AIDING AND ABEDING KNOWINGLY AND BEING MANIPULATED BY THESE FEMALES TO DODGE THEIR CONSEQUENCES AND THEIR PERSONAL GUILT AND CONSEQUENCES OF THEIR IMPROPER DECISIONS I AM BEING HARMED AND MY LIFE IS BEING SHORTENED.





JUST BECAUSE PEOPLE IN POWER LOOK LIKE THEY ARE DOING STUFF AND ACCOMPLISHING THINGS, PEOPLE OVER THEM HAVE TO LOOK AT THEIR ACTIONS AND THE OVER ALL PICTURE PAINTED OF THE UP CYCLES AND DOWN CYCLES AND ASK THEMSELVES WHY IS IT NOT CONSISTENT ? BAD SECURITY. BAD APPLICATIONS. FAVORITISM. BIAS. PREJUDICE. KARLA TOLD ANOTHER WOMEN SHE WANTS ALL MEXICANS IN HERE. SHE HEARD THAT FROM HER SUPERVISORS I AM SURE.





GENERALLY THINGS RUN SMOOTHLY FOR MOST BUSINESSES ON A DAILY AND WEEKLY BASIS, BUT HERE THERE'S EXTREME HIGHS AND EXTREME LOWS. PEOPLE WHO PROFESS TO BE THE UNDERGROUND SUPPORT OF PEOPLE IN POWER ARE MANIPULATING THEM AND CREATING DISTRACTIONS TO THEM AND GETTING FAVORITISM FROM THE POWER OF AUTHORITY.


 A WOMEN IS VIOLENT AND SHE IS NOT EVICTED.

 A WOMEN HAS HER SON LIVING WITH HER AND SHE IS NOT EVICTED.
 A WOMEN LIVES IN SQUALOR AND FILTH AND IS NOT EVICTED.
 A WOMEN DRINKS IN THE BUILDING AND HARBORS DRUNKS AND DRUG ADDICTS AND IS NOT EVICTED.
 A WOMEN HAS HER DOG POOP EVERYWHERE AND DOES NOT PICK UP AFTER HER PET AND IS NOT EVICTED.

THE REALITY IS MANAGEMENT CAN NOT FIND ENOUGH MALES TO CAUSE EQUAL ACTIONS OF EVICTIONS TOWARDS THEM, WHEN THE REALITY IS THE NUMBER OF FEMALES IN THIS BUILDING WITH CRIMINAL MINDS AND CRIMINAL INTENT AND CRIMINAL PRACTISES FAR ACCEDES THE MEN WHO DO SO AS WELL. AND GOD FOR BIDE IF ANY ONE OF THEM IS A RACE OTHER THAN WHITE - AS THEY ARE A TOTAL PROTECTED CLASS.

THIS IS DISCRIMINATION BECAUSE THE GOVT ONLY WORKS FROM A STAND OF STATISTICAL FACTS AND DOCUMENTED MERIT AND WORKS TO MIRROR THOSE NUMBERS BASED IN THESE NON HUMAN NUMBERS THAT PAINT A STORY BOARD. ACCOUNTABILITY OF ACTIONS AND ACTIONS DECIDED BY STATISTICAL NUMBERS AND PROBABILITIES. FACTOR IN ALL THE PROTECTED CLASSES AND THE NUMBERS CAN ONLY BE SKEWED TO PREJUDICE WHITE MALES.

ARE THE RULES APPLIED FAIRLY HERE - ABSOLUTELY NOT.

WOMEN ARE A PROTECTED CLASS. A WOMEN HAS BEEN NOTIFIED TIME AND TIME AGAIN TO GET HER APT UP TO CODE STANDARDS FOR CLOSE TO A YEAR + AND HAS BEEN HERE FOR CLOSE TO 10  PLUS YEARS - AND NEVER EVICTED AND THEN SHE IS BELITTLED BY MANAGEMENT IN PRIVATE TALKS. WOMAN HAS HER DAY CARE HERE AND CHILDREN DISRUPTING THE HALLS AND QUIET VIGOROUSLY AND SHE IS NEVER EVICTED.. ITS DISGUSTING ! FEMALES HERE ARE CUDDLED AND CODDLED BY GOVT STAFF .. BOTTOM LINE IS NO ONE DOES OR EVER HAS LIVED HERE IN THIS APT EXCEPT ME. I WILL NOT ALLOW IT. YES I HAVE HAD GUESTS STAY OVER NIGHT ON RARE OCCASIONS AS A COURTESY FOR THEM  TO HAVE TO NOT DRIVE HOME TIRED !

AND TO ASSUME OTHER FEMALE TENANTS DO ALLOW PEOPLE TO OVER STAY THEIR WELCOMES AND ARE ENCOURAGED BY MANAGEMENT TO COME AND GO AS THEY PLEASE WITH OUT CLEAR BOUNDARIES STATED TO THEM AND GIVEN THE TOOLS TO ENTER AS THEY SO WISH AND PROJECT IT ON TO ME IS ABSURD, WHEN THESE FEMALES CREATED THE PROBLEM OVER STEPPED THEIR PERMISSIONS AND SHARED AUTHORITY AND PRIVILEGES AND NOW MAY BE ARE BEING HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS AND BLAMING EVERYONE EXCEPT THEMSELVES.

2.  A person shall not use or consume alcoholic liquor in any public place except premises covered by a liquor control license. bottom line is this is ;
1 ) a continuation of darla getting back at lKA and VKP. and KE siding with her and as well as other females in their gang network clicks, down stairs. And me being blackballed by the city and Karla and MHA.
2 ) karla was pissed at me for making her jump through hoops to do a notice to me by mail then registered mail then mail for which she had the wrong day and the right date scheduled not monday but tuesday.  so i went down to her office and darla and burhop was glaring at me, from across the room, mon a.m. and insigned the paperwork evi something or other finance disclosure and she said i will do that every three months, lol, and her and a rob maintenance guy came up to my appt and did the inspection. no one else is getting 3 month reviews...why am i singled out. She said she would add the night light bulb and he said he would bring longer me shower curtain hangers and install them - he never did the second item as it is needed to keep the floor from being water damaged. i use a towel now to soak up the water leakage.


I also explained to Karla I only use 1/3 of the bulbs available to save on electricity. she wasn't impressed and didnt even seem to care. And they left, never indicating if the inspection was ok. Obviously it was as my apt was 99% perfectly clean, mopped swept and well organized. I explained i vacuum daily and mop about once a week. Now I know she was looking for womens clothes. I had two smal/large size coats belong to lavona she had forgotten last fall, here hanging up. All other clothes in baskets and closets are mine or in bags as stored. My friends cat was asleep I believe at the time.
3 ) They are unlawfully discriminating against me in violation of Section 810(g)(2) of the Fair Housing Act. There are times, when it may get difficult to maintain your current housing due to unexpected financial pressures or changes in circumstances. MCSA offers a Homeless Prevention Navigator to assist individuals and families, during these times, in working to maintain your current home or identifying safe and healthy alternatives. The advocate may offer assistance in: Identifying available financial resources. Identifying additional housing options. Mediation with landlords and utility providers. Overnight housing is available for single men. At 9:00 pm each evening, our gymnasium converts into a sleeping space. The gym can accomodate up to 45 for sleeping each evening. Guests have a designated space within the gym, a mattress, bedding and pillows, towels, and basic supplies. A locker and tub are also assigned for storage of personal items. Overnight housing guests share a dining space, bathroom, and laundry. Hours for rest are 10:00 pm until 5:30 am.
 Those staying in Overnight housing have specific hours that the MCSA campus is available to them for use. This short-term overnight shelter is generally limited to a two-month period to enable guests to transition into on-site aparmtent living while securing an income source.

MMHA Statement  - 'At the meeting Monday we will review

So I had noticed 2 weeks ago when I returned from errands at about 8;00 am that a MPD (POLICE) vehicle was parked across the way from the underground garage drive exit which faces a church parking lot - he was faced directly at the garage exit/dash cam. So how do I get any reports that an officer may have filed of any findings/video/officer notes on that day and are they working with the MMHA Mnagement to try and prove what ever against me?

I find her statement suspicious and loosely written and possibly suggesting there is additional so called evidence not being disclosed, as they have before held back information for me to review. As I understand a FOIA is federal so how does one get city govt info on ones self by and equivalent request of a City Govt and State Govt for that matter.

In her statement she says ' AVAILABLE' and so I did request all info and evidence and like last time I was not given it until the very last day in the grievences hearing ( which I won ) even thou they did not allow me to face my accusers, or question them at that hearing.

I could use some help on the acceptability of evidence they may present and how if any can be excluded if it does not meet the legal standards in this discovery process, or what additional evidence I can ask for of them. They are allowing me to see some but I have to pay for the copies . This is there action so I feel they should supply it to me before hand. And I am being made to wait till the informal hearing to see it all, video and any audio, and no one has said there is eye witness testimony or witness statements thou I have asked in previous requests from the MMHA. etc. Should the documents include a heading as to who owns and created the documents? Should the video camera footage be certified as originals? Should the evidence be disputed and not allowed if I have reasonable suspicions that the evidence is doctored or altered or simply created fraud documents?

They also want to have another tenant share my INFORMAL MEETING and hold hers at the same time and date, which conflicts with privacy issues I suspect, and She was been given an evict notice dated the same day as my notice and it is not a no cure to fix notice either - thou their is nothing to fix as no on lives with me or her. Same baseless accusations as theirs against me.

MUCH EASIER FOR TENANTS TO REPLACE THEIRS AND FOR MAINTENANCE TO REPLACE THOSE IN THE LOBBY WITH OUT DISTURBING THE TENANTS PEACE AND QUIET.

I RECEIVED A SECOND AND CERTIFIED BY MAIL NOTICE TO INSPECT AND IT WAS THREATENING AND ALARMING.  THE INSPECT WAS TO HAPPEN DEC 2. I DID NOT SIGN FOR IT, (SOME DAYS OF A WEEK GIVE OR TAKE LATER), AT THE POST OFFICE. SHE CAME IN THE AM WHILE I WAS ASLEEP AND POSSIBLY NAKED LYING ON MY FUTON BED. THE PRESCIENCE OF SOME ONE IN MY APARTMENT HAD AWAKENED ME, NEITHER BECAUSE OF THE VOICES OR THE DOOR SOUNDS BUT I FELT A PRESENCE AND SIMPLY FELL BACK TO SLEEP. 

THE THIRD improperly given notice by mail only  NOTICE I RECEIVED SAID TO MEET HER IN HER OFFICE(THIS WAS NEVER ASKED OF ME BEFORE) AND WE WOULD GO UP TOGETHER( TO INSURE HER I WAS AWAKE COGNOSCENTE AND DRESSED). IT TO WAS IMPROPERLY GIVEN BY REGULAR MAIL BUT I DIDN'T MAKE A FUSS. 

HER AND ROB MAINTENANCE GUY CAME UP AND BARELY LOOKED AT THE PLACE, AS SHE WASN'T EXPECTING TO FIND ANYTHING TO PROVE A FEMALE WAS LIVING WITH ME, AS SHE NEVER EVEN CHECKED THE REFRIGERATOR( IT WAS NEVER PROPERLY CLEANED AND DRAWERS EMPTIED AND SANITIZED ( IT WAS NEVER CLEANED BEFORE I MOVED IN )) BUT DID CHECK THE PANTRY. SHE DIDN'T CHECK THE STOVE ( IT WAS NEVER CLEANED PROPERLY BEFORE I MOVED IN ) THE CARPETS STAINED FROM NEVER BEING SHAMPOOED ( IT WAS NEVER CLEANED BEFORE I MOVED IN ) OR THE SMOKE RESIDUE ON THE SHADES AND  BATHROOM HEAT LAMP ( IT WAS NEVER CLEANED BEFORE I MOVED IN ). SHE NEVER CHECKED UNDER THE STOVE OR REFRIGERATOR AS IT HAD NEVER BEEN CLEANED BEFORE ALLOWING ME IN AS A RENTER. SUCH SIMPLE THINGS TO OVER LOOK BUT CRUCIAL TO THE CODES AND ETHICS OF BEING A LANDLORD.

KITCHEN; TWO OF 7 CABINET DOORS ONLY ONE DRAWER THE PANTRY

BEDROOM;  CLOSET AS I LEFT IT OPEN FOR HER, AND I OPENED THE SECOND SMALL CLOSET AND SHE OBSERVED THE CONTENTS OF BOTH CLOSETS AND I ASKED HER IF THE BOXES WERE A PROBLEM AND SHE SAID TO BE SURE TO KEEP THE LIGHT UNOBSTRUCTED AND NOT TO MUCH WEIGHT ON THE SHELVES. SHE SAID SHE WOULD REPLACE THE NITE LIGHT BULB ( I THOUGHT THAT VENT COVER WAS AN AIR EXCHANGE VENT). 

THEN THE BULB ISSUE BROUGHT THIS IDEA TO ME TO SHARE INFORMATION ABOUT 
THE BATHROOM WALL FLORESCENT LAMPS
AND TWO OF THE CEILING FIXTURE LAMPS AND  THAT THEY  HAVE THREE FLUORESCENT LIGHTS IN THEM AND I UNSCREWED 2 TO SAVE ELECTRICITY COSTS FOR THE CITY THOSE 3 LAMP UNITS AND THUS A  2/3 rds SAVINGS X 3 LAMPS. MY 

BEDROOM; SHE OBSERVED MY 5 BASKETS OF MY DIRTY CLOTHES, TV, TALL TABLE, CHAIRS,  3 CAT BEDS AT VARIOUS HEIGHTS AROUND THE ROOM IN VARIOUS PLACES FOR THE CAT TO EXERCISE, A COUPLE OF BOXES, A TALL BOXED UP FLOOR HEATER, AND PENNIES ON THE FLOOR FROM A BOX THAT HAD THE BOTTOM FALL OUT ONTO THE CARPET. ALL CARPETS WERE VACUUMED, IN THE LIVING AREA I USE A LARGE RUG TO PROTECT THE CARPET AND SEVERAL THROW RUGS AND YOGA CUSHION MATS TO WALK ON IN THE KITCHEN FOR MY FEET WHEN I WALK IN THEIR, COOK, DISHES, ETC. 
( FYI;    PLEASE CONSIDER;  LED BULB  REPLACEMENT bulb as they are COOLER, like 300% cheaper to operate, and brighter to run, and honestly last 50+ years before replacing, as I understand it WHICH IS A HUGE SAVINGS ON ELECTRIC CONSUMPTION to help the city afford all the police state cameras and speed tracking boxes and license plate and cell phone tracker boxes).

We moved into the bathroom she peeked in the cabinet, observed the wall hangings, shaver medicines, toiletry, cat litter box and cat litter, towels, etc., my electric shaver and hair cut trimmer( great gift to a poor man lol) and I mentioned the water leakage I get at shower times onto the floor and I use a towel to catch it and please can I have a new longer curtain and Rob said he could extend the rings and would THAT probably would solve the water leakage issue and give the protection I was seeking for the unit and floor from  water damages.
( this should be a red flag to management/maintenance for all apartment bathrooms of future potential water damage and cement rust and erosion of under lament issues and floor structure and soundness)

I asked if all was fine and she said I passed, yippy I THOUGHT, and as she left.

I HAD CLEARED ALL THE BEDDING AND PILLOWS FOR INSPECTION. SHE LIFTED ONE CUSHION UP OFF THE FLOOR ONLY, CHECKED NO PILLOWS OR BEDDING. THEN MANAGEMENT PIPED UP INSPECT THE COUCH. LIZ ASSISTANT LIFTED ONE CUSHION AND DROPPED IT AND THEY WERE DONE.


 I PREVIOUSLY TOOK OUT THE BUG TRAP FROM UNDER THE REFRIGERATOR, AND PLACED IT ON THE COUNTER NEAR THE DOOR, AND SUGGESTED THEY LOOK AT it..LIZ SAID OH WELL MAYBE WE WILL DO THAT IN TWO WEEKS I SUPPOSE AS THEY WALKED OUT AND CERTAINLY NOT INTERESTED IN FINDING BUGS OR CARED ABOUT THE BUG TRAP AND ITS CONTENTS. LOL how much did the fake bedbug inspection cost the city KE? so u could rummage every ones apts and give notices to the female offenders get the guys out of their...

If you had a problem associated with a LKA TENANT and guests then why had you not given her a cure to rectify any issues PRIOR. According to them you never have, except shortly after the last grievance hearing orally in your office with the two of them !!!!! As the gossip spews - The previous manager was taken out of her position here and later fired for theft as I understand it. Karlas criminal/misdemeanor record isn't spotless for sure, and was she brought in by a former employee and thief - that's a red flag. Criminals flock together. Just saying the truth could be hidden in plain site.

Its a win win situation as I see it.

     I need to know soon if and when the date and time of a grievance hearing is to be set, or if I am aloud to stay, which is really what and should be done. 


 I have a job interview in Davenport on Sat for a Sales Position with SPRINT - corporate store. Right in my line of past work history. The interviewer says she has a diabetic son so she knows what I am going through personally. With my past experience and other skills, I have a good shot at this to work at the Muscatine Sprint/RadioShack PART TIME  or even possibly a Davenport location store, assuming my body can take the standing and the floor and with diabetic shoes (Dr appointment Monday for the fitting) I can over come the constant pain I feel daily standing and walking.

Obviously age is the biggest issue and draw back for us older guys, in people hiring us for retail today.  

I will also be applying at Pantera trucking tomorrow for a dispatcher position - I will get to sit yippy! 

I will still pursue schooling and a grant of some type  or rehab vocational, which has been delayed because of all this crap here.

 My SSI was turned down so I have to retain an attorney to get that rolling and this crap here has delayed me from getting that in the works. The emotional roller coaster from these actions by your staff is destroying my opportunity's to get well and provide better for myself. Retaliation and people who are vindictive and revengeful is disgusting and hurtful.
